In auto-hide, there should be no delay when hiding the launc
Rima, this makes it brittle and results in false positives -
accidentally moving the pointer out of the launcher becomes expensive
and frustrating.

In order to have a better response to accidental showings of the
launcher in auto-hide mode, I believe the launcher should hide
immediately after the cursor exits the launcher.
