After this issue I did upgrade via synaptic with a success. I am
frequent updater may be I had fragmented DB, synaptic fixed it.
It could be better to get a dialogue with a fix broken packages option
to check instead couldnt calculate
Maybe it is unrelated but I had problems with installing
Did you get a "Partial upgrade" warning before doing the update?
