I realize we're beyond Feature Freeze, but this code has been used in
Ubiquity since that point, and this package is just a matter of
splitting out that script so it can be maintained independently.
I have checked over the package and it does not appear to violate any of
the main inclusion requirements. It is not a security concern. It is
meant to be consumed by other applications, so translations are not of
concern. It meets all policy requirements. It's maintained within
Ubuntu.
Ubiquity will depend on this package with the next upload.
