Binary package hint: unity

Well it is quite strange so you will find a video to illustrate...
Starting my computer :
If I go in the dash, there are no apps available
Even 5 minutes after tey are still not available (it is empty)
If I typewrite the name of an app it can't find it
Note : The file lens works properly and is not affected.
If I go in the app lens, it is empty as well.
If I typewrite the name of an app in the lens, all the apps are coming back.
If then I go back to the dash, everything is back.

I must say that I don't have a fresh install but an upgraded one (don't
know if it is important or not)
