oneiric before update-manager was set up to automatically enable
multiarch support; if you enable it by hand, aptitude will be able to
satisfy nspluginwrapper's

I got it today too. Possibly a multiarch problem? The package has a
Depends ia32-libs. From https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-
devel/2011-March/032750.html, I expected to be able to run:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer:i386
But that just reports:
E: Unable to locate package
Hmmm... nspluginwrapper isn't getting updated, because of a missing
dependency on nspluginviewer:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
nspluginwrapper: Depends: nspluginviewer (= 1.4.4-0ubuntu3) which is a
virtual package.
But, there doesn't seem to be any package available to
It looks like this may be resolved when the fix for Bug #828162 is
released.
