Well, you can start at the distribution page, search for the package, go
to it, *then* click Bugs ... but you shouldn't have to.

Thanks for the bug report,
There is a field to search for a package, at the very top. It's just above the
status and Importance field. To the left of the Sort menu.
To see all kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts bugs, insert
kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts in the search field at the top, uncheck all boxes
Thanks for replying so quickly. However, that's not quite what I
wanted. That link (or your instructions) gives you every bug that
matches the search text. Most of these bugs are not actually in the
package kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts . I'd like two things:
