You're right, in natty the information is correct but I verified that
the mirror information for kyrgizstan in maverick is outdated.
The correct mirror for kyrgiztan is mirror.unix.kg
You can change it in /etc/apt/sources.list from ubuntu.mega.kg to
http://mirror.unix.kg/ubuntu/

There are two issues here that lead to the problem:
- archive.ubuntu.com is in the sources.list (but only for main and restricted)
- the mirror that used to be available for maverick is no longer valid for natty
The code does not deal well with that.
