Well, it is working now, since the new bios P23 (EVGA NF680SLi mobo) came out.
But it was stange that before upgrading the bios, it was working on other
distros.
I am using Ubuntu Edgy 6.10, but it was the same under Dapper. Anyway, i give
the lspci -vvn in file attachment

Thanks for your bug report. With which version of Ubuntu did you notice
this? Additionally could you add the output of 'lspci -vvn' and 'dmesg'
to your bug report?
