A workaround for having Lucid and Maverick use the newer bugpatterns.xml
file has been identified and implemented - symlinks named after the
sourcepackage are created to bugpatterns.xml

Additionally, apport versions before Natty continue to look at
http://people.canonical.com/~pitti/bugpatterns for bug patterns named
after the source package. While all patterns are currently being
written in bugpatterns.xml.
