still exist in the latest version of Ubuntu please comment on why that

This bug also affects me on 12.04. I have a Lenovo Tinkpad x200s with
Intel graphics. I tried to track what is causing the high load and can't
be sure if it's this, but my best result so far is:
+ 13.06% compiz libdricore.so[.] _mesa_Scissor
I'm also using a docking
From time to time, compiz went up to 100% in ubuntu 11.10.
Today I upgraded to ubuntu 12.04, reboot, now compiz always goes to 100%.
(The desktop goes wrong for most parts. I can't start any programs, or start
but die. Still struggling for it.)
1. unity --reset
2. killall lightdm (and start
It isn't just AMD/ATI, I am running Nvidia 8800 Ultra and Intel Core 2
Quad, had this problem the first time I hibernated my system yesterday,
the only way I can get around it is to log in with Gnome (no effects)
which is no fun lol. Running Mint 11 x64 (natty)

During normal use compiz will spike to 100% as well - no suspend
required. Very annoying when watching movies (freezes for 5-10 seconds
during compiz spike). Apologies if this was logged elsewhere.

Only 'killall compiz' helps to reduse CPU load.

I can conform this issue too! I believe it has to do with either AMD CPUs or
AMD/ATI graphic cards. I have an AMD Phenom ii x4 and a AMD Radeon HD 6550M.
Usually fills one core, but sometime works on the second.
Ubuntu 11.04 32-bit.

Same issue with compiz fill one cpu and occasionally spilling over into
the second one. Only occurs after being awakened from suspend. Using
proprietary ATI fglrx module 8.85.6 on Natty 32-bit. ATI card 5550.

I have the same bug with AMD Phenom II and ATI 4770. When I suspending
computer after hibernate system indicator show me 75-85% consuming CPU.
In system monitor compiz consume 295-300% cpu. It seems like other bug
in system monitor (300% consuming m.b. full consuming 3 cores of 4 in my
processor)
I have the same issue as well with a ATI 4650 on a HP DV7 laptop. Very
annoying and occurs once per day unless I restart.
