I don't have any HDMI audio anymore. I have connected a monitor to a ATI
HD6850. While I could use the proprietary driver under Maverick and did
have sound, the driver now seg faults and I use the open source driver
"radeon". But with this, I do not have audio anymore.

I double checked that the settings in Gnome are correct. Output is
switched to Barts HDMI digital ouput.

I also created a test user account and logged in with this one to make
sure there is no old settings that interferes.
