Binary package hint: firefox

hello, a couple of months ago i run into the problem that i coudnt play
adventure quest worlds, couldnt watch videos on youtube, i couldnt play
normal games from online gaming sites and i couldnt even see animated
ads on the sides of websites. can someone help me please because i dont
know ow to do this. i have tryed everything. this includes: making new
accounts on my laptop, using the terminal to reinstall java,
uninstalling java and reinstalling it, uninstalling firefox and
reinstalling it again. i have heard about something to do with deleting
certain files but i do not know which ones. i am only 13 years old and i
have asked one of my best friends, who is very expireanced with ubuntu
and he didnt know how to do it. im stuck and very bored with my laptop.
i dont know the first thing about technical stuff to do with ubuntu, and
to be honest i dont know how to use ubuntu. thanks for reading this and
i hope you will help me.
