Public bug reported:

For example, when I open "System Settings" and the window is not
maximized I doubleclick on the window title bar to maximize it. In that
window there are shortcuts of different tools. When I doubleclick the
title bar the window get maximized and the second click (of that
doubleclick) clicks on a shortcut which is under the mouse pointer. It
seams that the second click of a doubleclick is not handled very well
and it clicks after the windows i maximized.
