Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar

pointing precisely with a trackpad is a pain; with the standard
scrollbar I can throw the mouse at the right-hand side of the screen and
it's pretty much guaranteed to land in an active area, but with the
overlay scrollbar I need to move the mouse one pixel away from the edge
before it will register
