Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ca-certificates
This might be a security vulnerability. The CA certificate list is horribly out of date. Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox have, for instance, had the startcom CA certificates (http://cert.startcom.org/?lang=en&app=140) for ages, yet they haven't appeared in this package. Perhaps a quick rundown of the certificates shipped might be in order, to prune anything that might have been removed at some stage? ** Affects: ca-certificates (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Rejected -- The certificate list is out of date https://launchpad.net/bugs/77338 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
