Ok then, lets try clearing all pulse settings and see if that helps. If you are comfortable with the terminal/command line, I suggest you log into a console terminal once gdm comes up, and remove all pulseaudio related files from your home directory, i.e rm -r .pulse*. If that doesn't work, I'd
