On Ubuntu 16.04, I added the following line to /etc/thinkfan.conf
hwmon /sys/devices/virtual/hwmon/hwmon0/temp1_input

thinkfan doesn't find temperature
Actually it does work. I didn't reload the module correctly, after
reboot the deamon can control fan speed as it should.

I confirm that it doesn't work.
However - it reads the values fine. Just can't control the fan speed.

The error thinkfan returns: Module thinkpad_acpi doesn't seem to support
fan_control
