Approved. Simple enough (though debian/rules is a bit gross). It could use a bug subscriber. It also appears to have slightly inaccurate debian/copyright. It claims LGPL-2.1+, but the source appears to be merely LGPL-2.1. I've filed http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=632198
