It's a serious problem. I don't understand why there are so few people
seeing this problem. Really inconvenient for us who always prefer

Window with no focus on top of another one closes the wrong one
To manage notifications about
I'm using Ktorrent and Firefox fullscreen.
When I download a torrent file, I continue to use Firefox.
When download end, Ktorrent restore itself and open a pop-up window.
After some cycles, one of both applications is unable to get focus.
I have to kill it via gnome-system-monitor.

I agree. If the window on the top is maximized, then it should
automatically get focus.
