It's happend only one then when the dapper upgrade system proposed the
new language packs to my system.

People reported synaptic and gdm login screen missing Finnish
translations here. But does this affect only those who have everything
upgrade from dapper-proposed, or do the problems occur also without
dapper-proposed?
