Localized versions of Firefox in Ubuntu is usually supplied via
Mozilla's own l10n community...
I'm a member of this community, localizing Firefox into danish, and i
must admit that i find it unfortunate that english texts start creeping
into the UI, when our aim is to present a 100% danish experience of
Fireofx - just because the app is installed via ubuntus package
repository...
The "offensive" menu items are
"Help" -> "Get Help Online ..." (nb: space between 'Online' and ellipsis ;-// )
and
"Help" -> "Translate This Application..."
I understand a potential need for the "Get help online" option although
it doesn't point to anything directly useful as of current...
I dont understand the "Translate this app..." option - especially not
for already localized versions of Firefox...
I would suggest that these two options were omitted from localized
versions of Firefox -- or that some mechanism be introduced to ensure
that these texts are localized as well...
