Public bug reported:
When i try to install kdevelop-php-docs i don't see that the package
kdevelop-php-docs-l10n-es was already installed, the installation failed
due to kdevelop-php-docs try to overwrite files from kdevelop-php-docs-
l10n-es.
Is necesary a package restriction taht says that there are mutually
excluyent.
