It would be good to have a feature to queue packages to be installed at
a later time.

Use Case
----------- 
I want to install FooBar game. However my current WiFi connection is weak and 
would take a long time to download.  So I tag this package as install later and 
when I am home. I will go to the queue panel and click 'Install Now' button.
