From your dmsg.txt, seems no exceptions have been found. Keyboard runs at 1.5, mouse and external webcam at 12, and also my Creative X-fi 5.1 usb soundcard runs at 12. Generally speaking, keyboard and mouse are implemented as low speed or full speed, soundcards are implemented as full speed
