Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? It
will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to

v3.3 kernel[1] (Not a kernel in the daily directory). Once you've
tested the upstream
I can not reproduce the bug with the updated kernel linux-
image-2.6.38-13-generic.
System did not come up with kernel 3.3, because AMD's proprietary
display driver fglrx raised an error on loading the kernel module.
Without fglrx module it booted up well without this kworker issue.
