glew1.5 shouldn't provide unversioned dev packages so that packages that
are ready can transition to glew 1.6

This actually causes any package that build-deps on libglew-dev or
libglewmx-dev to FTBFS (depwait) at the moment since 2 sources provide
the same virtual package.
