Please sync xscorch 0.2.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
There was one patch fixing FTBFS. The problem is resolved in the new
upstream version.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.2.1~pre2-3ubuntu1:

xscorch (0.2.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (Closes: #406593, #633160)
  * All of the current patches have been pushed upstream.
  * Make lintian happy; try to remove empty /usr/{bin,include}
  * Added build-arch and build-indep targets.
  * Added missing libreadline-gplv2-dev build dep.
