The DKMS support that I just committed to the upstream Git "master" for
Open vSwitch has this bug fixed (s/linux-2.6/linux/ as suggested in
comment #3).

Regarding the DKMS build error, it seems to be related to the following
entries in the changelog :
- "configure" option --with-l26 has been renamed --with-linux, and
--with-l26-source has been renamed --with-linux-source. The old
names will be removed after the next release, so pl
release is oneiric.
i also discovered one more dependency: pkg-config
