I haven't seen this bug in beta 2 so far, but I would still wait with
marking this solved... but certainly there have been some changes with
the menubar, because other bugs have appeared :)

this bug is not happening anymore, I used to face it quite daily but
have not seen it after the recent update of unity, can you please
confirm if the issue is fixed for you as well

I have seen this myself as well and have been seeing this behavior for
a few days but have not been able to find any way to reproduce this
bug :/
