I have Ubuntu 11.04 and I solved this problem by reinstalling libgtk-
vnc-1.0-0 library :
sudo apt-get --reinstall install libgtk-vnc-1.0-0

This is the steps to reproduce the bug:

- 1. Enter 'vinagre' in the terminal.
- 2. Select 'Edit'-'Plug-in'.

- The vnc plug-in is disabled, and if I want to check the vnc plug-in, an
error
- of missing some .so file will be showed in the terminal. It seems that
I can't reproduce this (on a non-upgraded Natty).
This should fix it: sudo apt-get clean apt-get --reinstall install libc6
