It seems to be a regression that came with an update yesterday (Sep
7th). I'm testing oneiric on a fresh laptop install, so I do an apt-get
upgrade every few hours at the moment. First I thought I might have
broken it myself because I was fiddling with thinkpad_acpi and tpfanco
yesterday. Suddenly
Addition: I'm running Oneiric beta 32bit with KDE4 on an IBM Thinkpad
T42.
