Phillip: Still not works for me :(. When I boot with acpi=off, SDHCI has
IRQ 0 at XT-PIC-XT in /cat/proc/interrupts. When I boot normally, SDHCI
has continuously changing IRQ to high numbers at IO-APIC-fasteoi in
/cat/proc/interrupts. In booth cases dmesg and udevmonitor --environment
do not show

By the way, I noticed that mmc_block is loaded automatically when a card
is inserted. I think I have read it was now integrated in mmc_core, no ?
And phillip, as nobody seems to care yet about the suspend thing, It
would be wonderful if you had any idea about what is going wrong, as you

I just tried by 2gb SD card again and it worked fine. Haven't tried
after suspend yet.

An upgrade to the mmc-core broke automouting (hald gets confused). This
has fixed in the latest kernels (2.6.20-14 and later), and should now
work. Please re-test.

I tried recent Feisty again. This cardreader have been never worked form
me. I tried MMC or MSPRO Duo and I booted with it. Parametres acpi=off
or irqpoll did not help. udevmonitor --environment did not see
anything changes during inserting or removing, same as dmesg.

the card manually, however. I last used it sometime in february, and it
worked.

I have the exact same problem. I would also be glad to give any
