Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apt-file

The completion file, /etc/bash_completion.d/apt-file, which is included
in the apt-file package contains a syntax error. The function it
attempts to define includes a "-" in its name, which is not permitted.
This results in an error whenever /etc/bash_completion is sourced when
apt-file is installed.

** Affects: apt-file (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
