Public bug reported: Running oneiric 11.10 and recently performed a sudo aptitude update.
The boot time is now approximately 3 minutes and it used to be 30 seconds. From looking at bootchart output there seems to be a long sleep command during the networking process shortly after the dhclient3 is initiated.
