Binary package hint: vdccm

vdccm must be installed suid and run as a regular user for it to
correctly interact with other pieces of the synce framework. Running the
version currently provided in feisty results in:

"Could not start - either because vdccm is not installed suid or you
start directly as root"

After executing 'sudo chmod a+s /usr/bin/vdccm' and re-running vdccm,
the daemon launches successfully, and a connection to my Windows Mobile
device can be maintained.
