each individual user's settings.

At that time epiphany depended on the mozilla-browser and not firefox.
I still feel that if a user installs epiphany it should be set to the
default browser in. I do not know if thats the case now. Havent checked.
The shortcuts can't be removed now because firefox will still be
installed but
Is this still the case in Dapper? is it possable to fix? if this bug is no
longer valid could someone close it?
If no one comments for a few weeks i will mark it as rejected.
