Jonathan, the status is not for CUPS upstream, but only for the CUPS
package in the Ubuntu distribution. It is fixed in upstream CUPS version
1.5.1, so it is fixed in Ubuntu from Precise on. setting status to Fix
Released.

-u username
Submits jobs as username.
I tried using
