The driver doesn't have a MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE for the PCI IDs it
recognises, so the IDs aren't showing up in modules.pcimap. Reassigning
to the kernel team.

Attached is dmesg file. After I manual give the modprobe ipg command,
the following are added to the dmesg:
