Public bug reported:

When watching a video in vlc or totem or playing a game like saurbrauten
or any game really, or watching flash content or other embedded video on
fire fox, my system will randomly freeze and just play the previous
second of audio over and over again until I either press the reset
button on my power supply, or the one on my computer case. System
freezes completely with not reponse and when I log back in audio logs
are gone.

This has been happening since I installed 10.10. I thought it was my
mother board or sound card but I installed Windows 7 and this never
happens in windows 7. I'm sorry I can't be more specific as I have no
idea what would cause this. It happens if I watch videos on Facebook, it
happens if I watch an .avi movie from my collection or a play any game
that has sound. Games without sound disabled don't ever do this. It
litterly happens randomly. I tried adding more case fans, and it still
happens even when it's cold in my house. All the system temps in bios
and in sensors are totally normal so it's not over heating. It only
happens in Ubuntu and only since 10.10.
