Adding a dependency doesn't require an FFe (unless it's going to need an

To Reproduce:
1. Open the Dash File Lens
2. Drag and drop a file from the File Lens to the Trash
3. Re-open the Dash and navigate to the File Lens

@stolowski; does this need a ffe?? It is most definitely a bug, no new
functionality is being introduced.

@johnlea I tend to agree, but I discussed this with seb128 and he
thought it might need ffe; this change introduces new dependency to the
unity package.
