LUKS encrypted drive does not appear in restore
I've uploaded 20.1 to oneiric-proposed with this fix. This bug is a
regression from 11.04, which did show LUKS encrypted drives.
To test, format a thumb drive and encrypt it. Plug it in, and then look
at the drop down list for backup location in the Backup preferences.

You say I can see the drive under the normal storage method menu, but
in my testing I could never get it to appear. But I realized why and
fixed it in trunk.
