Public bug reported:

I am an running the irssi silc plugin on Ubuntu Oneiric. Connecting to a
server and using it works. After several days/hours of work I receive
the following error message:

Day changed to 08 Oct 2011
08:00 (*) Error during rekey with HOST: Unexpected error occurred
09:00 (*) Error during rekey with HOST: Unexpected error occurred

Another day:
Day changed to 10 Oct 2011
09:15 (*) Error during rekey with HOST: Unexpected error occurred

After this error occurred, chatting is impossible though still being
connected.

Some version details:

09:28 (*) Welcome to the SILC Network damokles@IP (*) Your host is HOST,
running version 1.1.709:28 (*) There are 6 clients, 1 servers and 0 routers in
SILC Network
09:28 (*) There are 6 clients on 1 servers in our cell
09:28 (*) I have 6 clients and 4 channels formed

bits
09:36 (*) Irssi: Client: irssi 0.8.15 (20100403 1617)

It might be of interest, that the silc server is ipv6 only. Other clients are
connected to it, not having the rekey issue.
