Screenlets don't remember position on screen

Sorry I missed that bug. There is also another bug about screenlets not
remembering positions when the screen resolution is changed. I think I
mistakenly omitted this bug, because I mixed it up with that bug.

Screenlets applications moving around after a restart in Ubuntu 11.10
Wrote a little shell script /usr/local/bin/delayedstart
#!/bin/bash
sleep $1
$2
And using it for background applications automatic start with 30 seconds
delay. So far, so good.

This bug annoying me on my notebook. However it seems, that it not affects
systems, that loads user environment faster, for example on my job PC. Notebook
HDD and the whole system are much slower, and it is affected.
