Thank you for your bug report, how do you start it? That doesn't really
make sense, do you use devilspie or something to change the workspace?
Evolution doesn't decide where it will be displayed and there is no
reason compiz should change workspaces for you

I usually start it by click on the envelope and then choosing Evolution.
I have also tried running it through gnome-terminal, and it still goes
to the top-left workspace.
