Patch is working, totem now crashes only if already opened and using --help
option.

Perhaps you should make this observations crashes only if already
opened and using --help option. here

The same problem when starting without fullscreen mode and then trying
to switch to the fullscreen from the command line. Fullscreen from UI
works without problem.

ales@starej:~$ totem --fullscreen
