Public bug reported:

Empathy is unable to connect to MSN/Windows live network. It hangs
indefinitely, waiting for login. Killing the telepathy-butterfly process
does not help – it is re-spawned and still cannot connect on new
attempt.

Problems started a day ago or so. Empathy will just display the logon
processing spinner in top right corner of the contact list. Tried to
connect from multiple different networks/ISPs in Norway without success.
Using default server/port: messenger.hotmail.com:1863.

I see no error messages in log files or dialogs.
