Public bug reported:

During installation and upon starting the application, Zekr throw us a message:
"Uthman-Taha experimental theme cannot be used. Install ttf-me-quran to enable
Uthman-Taha theme."
Recitation is not playing when I try to play it.

I purged zekr and then when I reinstalled it, the installation suggests
many packages, including ttf-me-quran and zekr-quran-recitation:

==========
default-jdk java-compiler java-sdk ant-gcj ant-doc libbsf-java libxalan2-java
junit jython libbcel-java libjdepend-java libxml-commons-resolver1.1-java
libcommons-net-java libjsch-java javacc ant-optional-gcj libantlr-java-gcj
java-virtual-machine libcommons-beanutils-java-doc
libcommons-collections3-java-doc libcommons-digester-java-doc
libcommons-io-java-doc libcommons-jxpath-java-doc libavalon-framework-java
libcommons-logging-java-doc libgcj12-dbg libgcj12-awt libgnumail-java-doc
libjaxp1.3-java-gcj libjline-java-doc libjtidy-java-doc liblog4j1.2-java-gcj
libmx4j-java libservlet2.4-java-gcj libswt-gtk-3-java-gcj libxerces2-java-doc
libxerces2-java-gcj velocity-doc zekr-quran-translation zekr-quran-recitation
ttf-me-quran
==========

Zekr was successfully installed, but recitation is still not working.
Thus, I tried to install the suggested packages, but it threw me errors
regarding the packages unavailability (screenshot attached):
