There is a s erver problem. That is why you cannot recieve changelogs.
So it crashed while trying to download th changelog?

no. I commented about the problems downloading the changelogs because
that was the only other unusual thing that was going on with my
computer, and so I figured it was worth including in the bug report. I
did suspect it was a server issue, so I had
attached is the crash log
