Well, the Debian experimental package of Amarok is compiled with Rio Karma support (search for version 1.4.5-3). The libkarma0 is in the Ubuntu universe repository of feisty fawn, so all left to do is recompiling Amarok with the --with-libkarma option and providing an OMFS package, maybe just
