i am using the current ubuntu 1110 server version with a computer with asrock a75m-hvs motherboard. when i boot my computer, the display will shut off shortly after grub is done. there is no way to interact with the computer, network is not loaded and you have no graphical interface (and no console). but if i choose to load the recovery mode in the grub menu and just resume it directly in this mode, everything boots and works fine.
